Amazon was kind enough to order a replacement free of charge for me however I still had to hold the TV myself to a neighborhood FedEx Store to return it. Overall, the image quality is probably one amongst the simplest you can get compared to alternative LED TVs lately. The sound is okay for normal TV shows however not the simplest for movies or gaming. however you can perpetually get an external speaker for that. Overall, I loved this TV and that i would have given it a five stars if the TV didn’t came in defective.
