All of us needed a new tv but didnt like to pay in order to much. Looked around at the different offers but decided to go with the following tv. It was a very good choice the television is excellent. I understand other lenders comments plus it made my family laugh whenever they said how small the television was, i thought what made that count on its 23 inches, but My group is now having my words they are correct the television does seem small! Not the wrong thing I recently expected it that they are larger than the previous tv there were. I think its since this tv does not have much surrounding plastic its literally just the screen and thats why is it seem small. The solely few issues We’ve with the item are that is needed a minute or possibly even longer for the television to occur and this guide is certainly white on black having small text so but if the not sitting near the tv it is usually hard to read simple things, but they are really the primarily problems i have found other than we definitely highly recommend this television for computer to everybody and everyone.

Had to decision Toshiba client service to learn how to use internet TV ( was not terribly intutive). They were paitent and gave good recommendations on using cyberspace TV functionality. Netflix is nice, however missing Huluplus Compatiblity: Hooked ATT Uverse and Sony Blu ray HTS and tv worked perfectly fine with the U-verse remote. Sound (3 star): as good as any samsung or sony in this class. however home theatre system is needed for good sound, which is true for other TVs conjointly. Software Update: didn’t have a lot of freezing of image after s-w updates as said in other posts. Update was straightforward once wifi was put in. in the first hour of operating the TV once the TV froze and it had been random clicks on buttons, in all probability part of intial anexity and learning curve. Sound quality is poor, however this samsung un60d6000 is my 1st flat screen and my 1st to hang on a wall therefore i do not acumen it compares to different flat screens. Compared to old-style TVs the sounds quality from the little speakers is not superb. however then I didn’t buy a 60-inch super skinny HDTV for sound quality. Mounting was simple. I searched Amazon for a wall mount for a 60-inch flat screen however couldn’t find what I needed. Settled on a Cheetah mount that was advertised to work on up to 55-inch screens (and up to one hundred fifty lbs) and it worked perfectly. My only different criticism is that Samsung’s “Allshare” software is unnecessarily tough to use. It took hours to line it up properly however it now works very well. I actually have a large movie collection in divx format stored on a Windows XP laptop and therefore the Allshare permits the TV to play them directly over my wired network. It conjointly plays .vob (DVD format) files. terribly convenient. Streaming Netflix works well too. Overall I give it four out of 5 stars (sound quality the sole reason it’s missing the fifth star) and i might would buy it once more. Did I mention the image is amazing?
